Dr. Victor Elliott is a Consultant Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist at The Cardiology Unit, University Hospital of the West Indies.

Dr. Elliott completed his Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Fellowships at University of Toronto UHN in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Elliott is Canadian board certified in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology and has published and presented his research works at several cardiovascular scientific meetings. In addition to this, Dr. Elliott is a member of several professional organizations including the American Heart Association and theAssociation of Consultant Physicians of Jamaica and The Caribbean Cardiac Society

Mrs. Brenda Cuthbert

Mrs. Brenda Cuthbert is one of the iconic business women in Jamaica. Currently Chief Executive Officer at Jamaica Employers Federation. Mrs. Cuthbert brings excellent business acumen to the table having worked previously as The General Manager at the Caribbean's largest credit Union, City of Kingston Co-Operative Credit Union, COK following 19 years at National Commercial Bank, NCB. Mrs. Cuthbert holds a Master's in Business Administration from Nova University. She has also pursued post-graduate studies as a Hubert Humphrey Fellow at Colorado State University.

She has done Postgraduate Training at The University of Ottawa in Anesthesiology. Dr. Scarlett has published many articles in peer reviewed medical journals including her work with colleagues on Pulmonary hypertension: a review of the pathobiological & pathophysiological effects and the Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Handbook.
